The main activity of the Perivoj d.o.o. company is designing, building and maintenance of public and private green areas, and floral interior decoration.

Towards the end of the Vukovje village, behind the last houses and weekend houses, a wooden traditional Podravina house is situated. The house is 150 years old. Mirjana and Dragutin Ivanèiæ purchased it and transported from Letovaniæ area, placing it on the southern slope of a hill at the foot of Papuk to their estate.

In this beautiful ambiance of meadows, hills, deciduous forest and fresh water springs, rich with game and birds, one can indeed find serenity. Nature lovers will discover self-grown flowers, plants, medicinal herbs and many rare and protected herbs.

The garden around the house is decorated in a way that is traditional for village houses. Old varieties of flowers are kept in it, bush-like roses, vegetables and seasoning plants.

The house is foreseen for housing and for the business space as well. The seat of Perivoj d.o.o. company, owned by the Ivanèiæ family is there, while on the wider area of the house they have foreseen to build a dendrology and flower hothouse.
