The Municipality of Ðulovac is a 100% owner of the Diorit d.o.o. company. The company was purchased in a free deal between the bankruptcy council in charge of the bankruptcy procedure of the Gradolit company, and the Municipality of Ðulovac The company was registered at the Commercial Court in Bjelovar for stone exploitation, construction works and finalisation of the products made of stone aggregate (roof tiles, concrete products and concrete).

The company is in process of obtaining the concession on an exploitation field, upon which it will start with the production.
